As CRM Manager, you’ll report to the Head of Analytics and work within a dynamic digital team to strengthen their customer-centric approach. You’ll leverage insights and advanced technologies to create strategies that engage customers across multiple channels. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with teams in Buying & Merchandising, Ecommerce, and Brand Strategy, ensuring each customer interaction reflects the brand values and drives customer engagement forward.
In this role, you’ll lead a team responsible for delivering compelling, targeted communications across email, push, and SMS channels. Your focus will include overseeing complex campaign planning, execution, and team prioritisation to ensure alignment with business objectives. You’ll also analyse CRM channel performance on a weekly basis, using data insights to identify new opportunities for personalisation. Developing and managing the CRM team’s roadmap and calendar will be essential, as will coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient delivery of all initiatives. Implementing rigorous A/B testing practices, you’ll drive strategy improvements and enhance the effectiveness of campaigns. Additionally, you’ll nurture and recruit talent, fostering a customer-first mentality within the team, and work closely on forecasting and budgeting across CRM channels to meet incremental revenue goals. The role also requires maintaining key partnerships and managing all third-party relationships related to CRM, serving as the primary point of contact for external partners.
