What You'll Do- Be the go-to Service Desk Analyst for all first line IT issues via phone, chat, email, or walk-up, solving problems where they happen.
- Support live trading desks and sports operations during the moments that matter most.
- Deliver seamless onboarding, desk moves, and setups so every user is ready for high-stakes action from day one.
- Keep IT assets in top condition and systems running smoothly throughout the full trading and betting cycle.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Microsoft 365, Teams, AD, Intune, Azure AD, and cloud technology, learning alongside senior engineers.
- Apply ITIL best practices in incident, problem, and change management, building your knowledge in a live environment.
- A degree or equivalent background, including military service, and an appetite to prove yourself in a high-pressure setting.
