Location: Remote (within Europe) or Zurich

Salary: $130,000 to $170,000 (USD) for the right candidate + equity

You are a product marketer who doesn’t just ship assets; you deliver developer experiences. This is your chance to join a highly technical team building a platform that reimagines what’s possible in decentralised computing. With tech that sits as an alternative to blockchain, this new network lets developers build applications that weren’t previously feasible. The work is novel and intellectually stimulating.

As the founding Product Marketing Manager, you’ll define and deliver how the product is communicated to developers, buyers, and architects alike. You’ll be central in establishing the developer brand and own the full narrative: from positioning to launch, solution pages to live demos, developer stories to getting started guides.

You’ll be working with a deeply collaborative team. The engineers are in-house, DevRel is already active, and there’s an external design agency in place, but this role is yours to shape. It’s a high-output, high-autonomy environment with low ego and clear direction.

If you’re someone who can take raw product value and translate it into technical storytelling that earns developer attention, this could be your ideal next chapter.

What’s On Offer

  • Compensation up to $170,000+ USD (flexible depending on experience)
  • Equity package
  • Flexible remote location in Europe with occasional travel to Zurich
  • Early-stage, high-ownership role with significant influence over how the platform is brought to market

You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Positioning and messaging across audiences; developers, tech leads, and procurement stakeholders
  • Creating live demos, tutorials, and sample apps tied to real use cases
  • Leading GTM for product launches, from tiering to tooling and hero assets
  • Writing and managing technical content (solution pages, one-pagers, talk tracks, blog posts)
  • Partnering with design, DevRel, and engineering to build standout web, video, and written content
  • Tracking activation and funnel metrics, with clear content KPIs

Your Experience Might Include

  • Developer-focused product marketing experience with a portfolio of work that includes solution pages, launch assets, and demo videos
  • Experience with APIs, SDKs, cloud platforms, or infrastructure tools
  • Excellent writing skills for technical audiences, from docs-style to persuasive narratives
  • Basic comfort with code (e.g., JS/Python), GitHub, Postman, and technical tooling
  • Past success launching developer products at startups or scale-ups

You’ll work directly with the CEO and closely with the founding team, including DevRel and product engineering. While the team is based in Zurich, location isn’t a barrier if you bring the right mindset: high ownership, hands-on execution, and a collaborative nature.
