If you’re the kind of Product Leader who wants their work to genuinely matter this is the right opportunity for you. This is your chance to shape products that directly impact patient care and frontline healthcare professionals not in theory, but in real-world clinical environments where quality, safety, and precision are critical.
You’ll join a small, highly capable team that operates at pace, solves complex problems daily, and delivers meaningful product improvements in days and weeks not months or years. If you thrive in environments where ownership is real, expectations are high, and your work has visible impact, this will feel very different to most product roles.
What You’ll Be Doing
- You’ll take ownership of a key product area, leading its evolution end-to-end.
- Your work will include:
- Defining and executing product strategy and roadmap
- Owning complex, highly regulated product areas
- Writing detailed, high-quality change proposals
- Working closely with engineers to deliver technically robust solutions
- Leading product decisions grounded in real user and patient outcomes
- Managing backlog, bugs, and enhancements with precision
- Ensuring all releases meet strict regulatory and NHS standards
- Acting as a subject matter expert across stakeholders
- Supporting clinical safety and compliance processes (ISO, NHS standards)
- Driving quality, documentation, and scalability across your product area
This is hands-on, detail-oriented product leadership, not just strategy, but deep engagement with the work.
What the Client is Looking For
You’re an experienced Product Manager who enjoys complexity and cares about impact. You’ll likely bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in Product Management
- A track record delivering technically complex, customer-facing products
- Experience working in regulated environments (healthcare is beneficial but not essential)
- Strong technical understanding able to engage deeply with engineers
- Confidence writing detailed product specifications and requirements
- A sharp eye for detail and quality
- The ability to balance technical constraints with real-world outcomes
- A genuine motivation to work on mission-driven products
Most importantly, you think beyond requirements you focus on why something matters and the real-world outcome it creates.
How You’ll Work
This environment is deliberately different:
- Fully in-person (4 days per week) - highly collaborative, fast decision-making
- Low meeting culture - more problem-solving, less process
- High pace delivery - shipping improvements weekly
- Small, senior team - no unnecessary layers, high ownership
- Outcome-driven product development - focused on real user and patient impact
This suits people who enjoy intensity, collaboration, and momentum and who want to be close to the work and decisions.
Growth & Progression
This is a flat, high-performing organisation. Rather than traditional management ladders, progression comes through:
- Owning larger, more complex product areas
- Increasing your impact across the organisation
- Taking on more strategically critical work
If you’re motivated by impact and responsibility rather than hierarchy, you’ll thrive here.
What is On Offer
- 4-day working week (Monday–Thursday)
- High-impact, mission-driven work
- Direct access to senior leadership
- Opportunity to work on complex, meaningful problems
