As the Principal Software Engineer, you'll bring a wealth of cloud-native expertise, taking on the role of Technical Lead. You'll be responsible for architecting, designing, and developing cutting-edge solutions in Mobile, Web, and Tooling, driving medical insights, predictive models, and improving the effectiveness of medicine and treatments.
In this role, you have the option to manage a team of two from day one or focus on hands-on development and design, whichever you prefer. For those interested in leadership, there are ample opportunities to grow your career as the company scales, potentially overseeing a squad or division.
Your responsibilities include overseeing the technical development and delivery of products in line with our product vision and Quality Management System. To excel in this position, you should have a proven track record of successfully taking products to production, with expertise in mobile development (React Native on Android and iOS) and cloud development (AWS). You should also have a minimum of 5 years of experience in modern programming languages, such as Java, TypeScript, Python, among others. Understanding domain-driven design and best practices in architecture, software, security, and data management is essential.
Experience in the Healthtech/healthcare industry is advantageous but not mandatory. If you possess a strong drive for change, effective decision-making skills, and the ability to manage and upskill teams, you will be highly valued in this role.
