You will work across the full stack on production systems that are actively used by customers. The focus is on building reliable, well structured software rather than proofs of concept, with an emphasis on clarity, maintainability, and long term quality. You will be part of a collaborative environment where engineers work closely with product and design to deliver features that solve real problems.

Next.js plays a central role in the frontend architecture, and strong experience with it is important. On the backend, you will contribute to the design and implementation of APIs and services using Node.js based frameworks, helping to evolve the overall system as the product grows.

What you will be working on:

  • You will build responsive, well structured user interfaces using modern frontend tooling, with Next.js at the core.
  • You will design and implement backend services and APIs, contributing to decisions around architecture, performance, and reliability.
  • You will work with relational and non relational databases, making pragmatic choices around data modelling and access patterns.
  • You will help deploy, operate, and improve services in cloud environments, taking responsibility for the software you ship.
  • You will collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and product stakeholders to deliver features from idea through to release.
  • You will write clean, testable code and contribute to maintaining high engineering standards through reviews and shared ownership.

What we are looking for:

  • Several years of experience working as a full stack engineer on production applications.
  • Proven experience building and maintaining applications with Next.js.
  • Experience building backend services using Node.js frameworks such as Nest.js.
  • Confidence designing and integrating RESTful APIs.
  • Solid understanding of both SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience deploying and operating applications in cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.
  • Comfort working with version control and modern CI workflows.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in SaaS or product led teams, exposure to Python in backend or integration work, and an interest in performance, reliability, and long term maintainability best practices would all be beneficial but are not essential.

This role would suit an engineer who enjoys working across the full stack, values clean and pragmatic solutions, and wants to have a visible impact on the products they help build.
