This Engineering Manager position will suit someone who really wants to do some good in the world of FinTech. You\’ll be joining an award-winning company who needs someone to join their team in London Bridge and help manage the local and remote developers.

As the Engineering Manager, you will report to the CTO and will be looking after developers in the UK and India so some experience with managing remote teams would be a huge bonus.
Speaking of bonus – as well as the salary of up to £90,000 you will receive an annual bonus of 20%. (which has been paid for the last 2 years) Other benefits include remote & flexible working, private healthcare, and a contributory pension.
