This Engineering Manager position will suit someone who really wants to do some good in the world of FinTech. You\’ll be joining an award-winning company who needs someone to join their team in London Bridge and help manage the local and remote developers.

General responsibilities will include:

  • Aligning vision of the UK and India team
  • Some coding but mostly mentoring (JavaScript)
  • Collaborating with x-functional teams
  • Progressing development using Agile/Kanban
  • Contributing to the technical direction of the company
  • As the Engineering Manager, you will report to the CTO and will be looking after developers in the UK and India so some experience with managing remote teams would be a huge bonus.

    Speaking of bonus – as well as the salary of up to £90,000 you will receive an annual bonus of 20%. (which has been paid for the last 2 years) Other benefits include remote & flexible working, private healthcare, and a contributory pension.
