Consortia has partnered with a B2B Saa S start-up that is seeking a Director of Product Management with a technical background to guide their team as they develop new features, make challenging decisions and utilise your business and product expertise to ensure they produce a high-quality product ahead of their public launch later this year.

As a Director of Product Management, you must feel at home working closely alongside the CEO and providing leadership and direction to a cross-functional team of Engineers, Product Managers and Marketing.

Customer-focused and results-driven with an aptitude for data.

Detail-oriented and someone who can guide their team to build high-quality products.

You are experienced in building a product at all maturity levels, e. g. 0 to 1, establishing product-market fit and scaling up.

Experienced in building and growing B2B Saa S products that serve enterprise customers and align with product-led growth and sales GTM strategy.

The skills you will need: Demonstrated experience managing software products from the ground up.

You should be an expert at creating product plans and roadmaps, setting milestones, and tracking progress to keep your stakeholders informed.

Strong track record of product leadership, motivating cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration and a shared sense of purpose.

A technical background in software engineering.
