This is a hands-on senior role with a strong focus on building high-quality software while providing technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers. The role offers the opportunity to work on a modern, real-time, client-server application and to contribute to architectural decisions that support long-term scalability and maintainability. NET Developer will be responsible for designing, building, and delivering well-tested, production-ready software using modern .NET technologies. They will take ownership of features from initial design through to release, contribute to architectural and technical decision-making, and ensure high standards of code quality and testing are maintained. The role includes reviewing code, pair programming, and mentoring junior and mid-level developers, as well as collaborating closely with product and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver effective solutions.
