Our client is seeking a Senior User Experience Designer to lead innovation and drive user-centric design in a competitive and evolving landscape. As a UX Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring they remain a trusted leader in the education space. You’ll spearhead user research and design initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and implement a comprehensive design system. By understanding user behaviours and pain points, you’ll create impactful solutions that align with business goals. Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 + 10% Bonus
