Consortia is thrilled to partner with a specialist consultancy that is seeking a Product Manager to lead complex and challenging projects aimed at driving change for its financial services clients.

Job Title: Principal Product Manager

Location: London (Hybrid – 4 days onsite p/w)

Salary: £130,000 - £180,000

What Awaits You:

  • Gain a deep understanding of customer expectations and aspirations regarding quality, stability, and performance.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, test engineers, and stakeholders to design and align the product roadmap and goals.
  • Engage with C-level executives and other senior stakeholders on strategy, progress updates, and formal presentations.
  • Lead the direction of product strategy, discovery, and development.
  • Foster and nurture high-value relationships with clients to drive long-term growth.

Skills Required:

  • Demonstrated experience in the financial sector, focusing on front-office and customer-facing products.
  • Specific experience in equity trading.
  • Ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable product strategies.
  • Previous experience managing all stages of the product lifecycle, including conception, strategy, discovery, development, go-to-market, and growth.
  • Strong ability to engage with technical teams, discussing architectural nuances and potential innovations.
