An award-winning cybersecurity company in London are looking for an Engineering Manager to help guide their 15~ person engineering team. The role will be mostly hands‑off so your focus will be around mentoring, coaching, and leading the engineers who are based in and around London, on a semi-remote basis.

Some general responsibilities will include:

  • Helping to grow the team whilst maintaining a good level of company culture
  • Architect, maintain, and evolve current code
  • Communicate with stakeholders
  • Conduct code reviews, sprint plans, one‑to‑ones etc. to keep development on track

The Engineering Manager will have successful Co‑founders to report to, a highly skilled CTO to work with, and some top engineers to manage. You will be paid up to £100,000 per year, have access to 10% annual bonus, as well as health insurance and a gym membership.
