An award-winning cybersecurity company in London are looking for an Engineering Manager to help guide their 15~ person engineering team. The role will be mostly hands‑off so your focus will be around mentoring, coaching, and leading the engineers who are based in and around London, on a semi-remote basis.
Some general responsibilities will include:
- Helping to grow the team whilst maintaining a good level of company culture
- Architect, maintain, and evolve current code
- Communicate with stakeholders
- Conduct code reviews, sprint plans, one‑to‑ones etc. to keep development on track
