I am managing an exciting Data Science contract position for a Real Estate/Proptech organisation starting up a Data function to help drive their marketing and sales divisions. You would be the first hire into this new team, so would be responsible for helping to hire further staff and setting the foundations/road map for them to follow.

Required:

  • Understanding of predictive models and statistical analysis
  • Highly skilled in Python and R
  • Start-up experience/1st hire within Data Science previously
  • Data Visualization tools
  • Knowledge of SQL, Excel and desirably Salesforce
