As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate closely with Product Owners to enhance and manage various products within our client's suite, utilising a range of technologies. The role extends to working collaboratively with different business departments, including support, operations, sales, and more.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to identify improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate creative workshops with key stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Coordinate and lead activities across the product range, working closely with development, projects, and sales teams.
- Liaise with essential project stakeholders.
About The Candidate:
- Proven experience in requirements gathering and business analysis methodologies.
- Demonstrable proficiency in SQL for data interrogation and manipulation.
- Strong general IT knowledge and experience at ease in a Windows server environment.
- Effective communicator, adept at eliciting ideas and conveying information clearly for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to produce clear and concise documentation.
