Wollaston Alloys/CPP Boston is seeking a driven individual to join our team as an entry level Pattern Rigger. The Pattern Rigger is a crucial position within our facility. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced company that has continued to grow over the past 60 years! Essential Job Functions/Duties- Perform duties of making, repairing and performing revisions and alterations on wood, metal or plastic forms for usage as foundry tools using blueprints.
- Repairing shell and air set patterns for production.
- Maintains tools and equipment, maintains work area in a safe, clean and orderly condition.
- Observe all company rules and regulations.
- Perform other related duties as required or as directed.
- Trade school or carpentry apprenticeship preferred.
- The ability to follow/understand instructions in English to perform duties required.
- The ability to read blueprints is preferred.
- Basic carpentry skills preferred.
- The ability to safely operate woodworking power equipment.
