This is a full-time, permanent position based in our Doncaster office. You will be part of a well-respected in-house Design & Engineering team consisting of over 170 skilled professionals. Your contributions will be crucial to the successful execution of numerous industry-leading projects.

What you'll do
- Oversee the planning and execution of wind energy projects, ensuring they meet timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and implement best practices in project management.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management, particularly in the renewable energy sector.
- A degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Nice to have
- Experience with high-voltage infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with renewable energy regulations and standards in Australia.
Skills & tools
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
- Knowledge of engineering principles related to wind energy systems.
