A Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer vacancy has arisen within our fast-growing company based at our site in Louth, Lincolnshire. This is an exciting opportunity for a successful candidate to join our Engineering team.
Job Details
- Location: Louth with some travel to Skegness
- Salary: £38,000 – £43,000 per annum
- Job Type: Full‑time

- Hours of Work: Monday to Friday rotating shifts – 6:00 am – 2:30 pm / 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm
Responsibilities
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on machinery and infrastructure.
- Ensure all work is logged accurately in the maintenance management system (MMS).
- Diagnose and repair faults in mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives.
- Work closely with operations and production teams to minimise downtime.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and complies with company and industry standards.
Essential Qualifications
- Time-served apprenticeship or relevant engineering qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3/4, HNC/HND).
- Proven experience in both mechanical and electrical engineering.
- Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving abilities.
- Knowledge of PLCs, motors, pumps, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
- Flexible, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Desirable Qualifications
- Familiarity with CMMS or maintenance management systems.
- Knowledge of 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- Mitsubishi PLC knowledge and experience.
- IOSH Managing Safely qualification.
- Experience of steam generation.
