Consol is a fast-growing national tanning brand with 59 studios across the UK, leading the industry in safe and responsible tanning. This is a flexible position, offering a minimum of 20 hours per week including days, evenings and weekends. Flexibility is essential. This role offers £13.75 per hour, plus uncapped commission and bonuses.
About the Role: We’re seeking a driven, confident and commercially minded Studio Manager. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of studio performance, people and standards, working closely with your Area Manager to ensure a successful and continued growth.
- Lead the day-to-day running of the studio
- Recruit, train and develop your studio team
- Drive sales, conversions and achievement of KPIs
- Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and presentation
- Manage rotas, basic HR tasks and studio reporting
- Act as the main point of contact for operational issues

What we’re looking for:
- At least 1 year management experience
- Minimum 2 years’ sales or customer-facing experience
- Experience working towards personal and team KPIs
- Strong organisation, leadership and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- GCSE English or equivalent demonstrable skills
- Willingness to attend mandatory training
- Experience in a fast-paced sales environment
- Interest or experience in the health and beauty industry
- Retail or hospitality management experience
