Consol is a growing national tanning brand with 57 studios nation-wide, leading the field in safe and responsible tanning. An exciting opportunity has arisen at our Swindon studio for a Temporary Studio Supervisor. This is a fixed-term maternity cover position for up to 9 months, with the possibility of an extension depending on business needs.
Flexibility is required to work a range of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends. Additional shifts may also be available to cover holidays and absence.
As Studio Supervisor, you'll help create a welcoming, spotless, and vibrant studio experience for every customer who walks through the door. Working closely with the Studio Manager, you'll help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the studio, support the team and deliver exceptional customer service.
What we are looking for:
- Essential
- English at GCSE level or equivalent qualification/demonstrable skill
- At least 1 year sales/customer facing experience
- Attention to detail with a keen eye for cleaning
- Experience working towards a goal or target - demonstrable by previous roles/education
- Able to attend mandatory training
- Examples of good time management
- Motivation to succeed and rise to new challenges
- Desirable
- Experience working within a fast-paced Sales environment
- Experience or interest in the Health and Beauty industry
- Experience cleaning and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
