Consol is a growing national tanning brand with 59 studios nation-wide, leading the field in safe and responsible tanning. We want you to be a part of our future! An exciting opportunity is available at our Newbury studio for a Studio Assistant. Fully flexible contract, covering days, evenings and weekends, offering a minimum of 12 hours per week. Flexibility is a must, and additional hours are on offer to cover any staff holidays and sickness.

As a Studio Assistant, you will support the day-to-day running of the studio by delivering excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and assisting with sales and stock replenishment. You’ll work closely with the Studio Manager and team to ensure the studio is welcoming, safe and operating smoothly at all times.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous customer-facing experience
  • English GCSE or equivalent qualification / demonstrable communication skills
  • Experience working towards a goal or target, demonstrated through previous roles or education
  • Ability to attend mandatory training
  • Examples of good time management
  • Motivation to succeed and take on new challenges

Desirable:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Experience or interest in the health and beauty industry
  • Experience cleaning and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
