Consol is a fast-growing national tanning brand with 57 studios across the UK, leading the industry in safe and responsible tanning. As part of our continued expansion, we are opening a brand-new studio in Filton in April 2026 and are looking for the right person to help launch and lead it. This is a flexible position, offering a minimum of 25 hours per week including days, evenings and weekends. Flexibility is essential. This role offers £13.25 per hour, commission & bonuses (OTE up to £35,000), upon completion of your successful probationary period.
About The Role
We are seeking a driven, confident and commercially minded Studio Manager to take a key role in launching and leading this new location. This is a rare opportunity to be involved from day one and truly make the studio your own. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of studio performance, people and standards, working closely with your Area Manager to ensure a successful launch and continued growth.
- Lead the day-to-day running of a brand-new studio
- Recruit, train and develop your studio team
- Drive sales, conversions and achievement of KPIs
- Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and presentation
- Manage rotas, basic HR tasks and studio reporting
- Act as the main point of contact for operational issues

What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year management experience
- Minimum 2 years sales or customer-facing experience
- Experience working towards personal and team KPIs
- Strong organisation, leadership and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- GCSE English or equivalent demonstrable skills
- willingness to attend mandatory training
- Experience in a fast-paced sales environment
- Interest or experience in the health & beauty industry
- Retail or hospitality management experience
