Consol is a fast-growing national tanning brand with 59 studios across the UK, leading the industry in safe and responsible tanning. This is a flexible position, offering a minimum of 20 hours per week including days, evenings and weekends. Flexibility is essential. This role offers £13.75 per hour, plus uncapped commission & bonuses.

About the Role

  • We’re seeking a driven, confident and commercially minded Studio Manager.
  • This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of studio performance, people and standards, working closely with your Area Manager to ensure a successful and continued growth.
  • Lead the day-to-day running of the studio.
  • Recruit, train and develop your studio team.
  • Drive sales, conversions and achievement of KPIs.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service at all times.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and presentation.
  • Manage rotas, basic HR tasks and studio reporting.
  • Act as the main point of contact for operational issues.

What we’re looking for

  • At least 1 year management experience.
  • Minimum 2 years’ sales or customer-facing experience.
  • Experience working towards personal and team KPIs.
  • Strong organisation, leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • GCSE English or equivalent demonstrable skills.
  • Willingness to attend mandatory training.
