Consol is a fast-growing national tanning brand with 59 studios across the UK, leading the industry in safe and responsible tanning. This is a flexible position, offering a minimum of 20 hours per week including days, evenings and weekends. Flexibility is essential. This role offers £13.75 per hour, plus uncapped commission & bonuses.
About the Role
- We’re seeking a driven, confident and commercially minded Studio Manager.
- This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of studio performance, people and standards, working closely with your Area Manager to ensure a successful and continued growth.
- Lead the day-to-day running of the studio.
- Recruit, train and develop your studio team.
- Drive sales, conversions and achievement of KPIs.
- Deliver outstanding customer service at all times.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and presentation.
- Manage rotas, basic HR tasks and studio reporting.
- Act as the main point of contact for operational issues.

What we’re looking for
- At least 1 year management experience.
- Minimum 2 years’ sales or customer-facing experience.
- Experience working towards personal and team KPIs.

- GCSE English or equivalent demonstrable skills.
- Willingness to attend mandatory training.
