We are looking to recruit a confident, competent and engaged Manager for our Taunton Studio. This position is on a fully flexible contract, offering 25 hours per week. Days, evenings and weekend flexibility is a must for this role.
What we are looking for:
Essential
- At least 1 year management experience
- At least 2 year sales/customer facing experience
- Attention to detail with a keen eye for cleaning
- A vibrant personality, looking to take on new challenges
- English at GCSE level or equivalent qualifications/demonstratable skills
- Experience working towards own and store KPI\'s - demonstratable by previous roles/education
- Able to attend mandatory training
- Examples of good time management
Desirable
- Experience working within a fast paced Sales environment
- Experience or interest in the Health and Beauty industry
- Experience cleaning and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Previous Managerial experience
- Retail and Hospitality Management NVQ
