Consol is a growing national tanning brand with 57 studios nation-wide, leading the field in safe and responsible tanning. We want you to be a part of our future! We are looking to recruit a confident, competent and engaged Supervisor for our Ashley Road Studio. Fully flexible contract, offering 16 hours per week. This position will be covering days, evenings and weekends. Flexibility is a must, and additional hours are on offer to cover any staff holidays and sickness.
As Studio Supervisor, you'll help create a welcoming, spotless, and vibrant studio experience for every customer who walks through the door. Working closely with the Studio Manager, you'll help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the studio, support the team and deliver exceptional customer service.
What we are looking for:
- English at GCSE level or equivalent qualification/demonstrable skill
- At least 1 year sales/customer facing experience
- Attention to detail with a keen eye for cleaning
- Experience working towards a goal or target - demonstrable by previous roles/education
- Able to attend mandatory training
- Examples of good time management
- Motivation to succeed and rise to new challenges
Desirable:
- Experience working within a fast-paced Sales environment
- Experience or interest in the Health and Beauty industry
- Experience cleaning and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Previous Supervisor/Assistant Manager experience
