Context
Our client is a growing group business in the process of bringing four individual operating companies together under a unified structure. As part of this integration, the business is implementing Salesforce as its core CRM and commercial operations platform. This is a newly created Revenue Operations role, established to support and shape that transformation from the outset.

In the early stages, the focus will be on implementation: helping design the processes, workflows, reporting frameworks, data structures and ways of working that will underpin the combined commercial function. Once Salesforce is embedded, the role moves into ongoing RevOps ownership, driving optimisation, insight and operational efficiency across the revenue function.

The Role
The Revenue Operations Manager will sit at the centre of the business's commercial transformation. The near-term priority is Salesforce implementation: working closely with stakeholders, internal teams and implementation partners to configure the platform around the needs of the business. This means direct involvement in process design, data governance, reporting architecture and change management from day one.

Beyond implementation, the role evolves into a hands-on RevOps function with ongoing responsibility for pipeline visibility, forecasting, performance reporting and continuous process improvement across the four business units. The postholder will act as a bridge between sales, operations, leadership and technology, helping align four distinct businesses into a coherent commercial operating model.

    • Build scalable sales and commercial processes across the combined business
    • Improve visibility of pipeline, forecasting accuracy and performance reporting
