Duration: 12 months contract (extension possible)

Job Type: Hybrid (3 days onsite and 2 days remote)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish subject-matter-expertise on various sales tools and data sources
  • Prepare sales reports and dashboards in Salesforce.com, MS Excel - experience with Tableau, or QlikView is considered a plus
  • Audit data and reconcile when discrepancies arise - automation skills are valued
  • Share and learn best practices with the global Business Analysts community
  • Participate in qualifying requirements for new features and process enhancements
  • Represent the sales team for process and tool enhancements to prioritize needs
  • Collaborate with Marketing to manage campaigns and deliver leads to sales
  • Drive process adoption with sales agents
  • Ability to work as a Project Manager - bringing stakeholders together to track needs and coordinate deliveries is beneficial
  • Show leadership abilities within the team

Experience:

  • 5+ years in Sales Operations
  • 2+ years in Sales, Finance, or Operations
  • 2+ years with Salesforce.com administration (certification is an asset)
  • Highly desirable skills in SQL, Tableau, and Alteryx
  • Deep expertise with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, sumifs, match, index, and nested formulas)
  • Strong analytical ability to derive business insights from complex data sets and communicate results clearly
  • Expertise with Salesforce.com reports and dashboards
  • Proven understanding of relational databases
