We are seeking an experienced HR Transformation Project Manager to take ownership of a high-impact HR systems and process transformation programme. This is a unique opportunity to lead the implementation of a new HRIS landscape and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of HR operations across a complex, multi-site organisation.
The Mission
You will act as the local project management lead, driving the successful implementation of MyPulse (HRIS)—with a strong focus on Compensation and HCM modules—while delivering meaningful change across HR systems, processes, and ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the local implementation of MyPulse HRIS (Compensation & HCM focus)
- Act as the business owner and key point of contact for system deployment
- Manage rollout of a new clocking/time & attendance system across multiple manufacturing sites
- Collaborate with Facilities, IT, Security, and HR teams to ensure full deployment and integration
- Oversee retirement of existing time & attendance systems
- Ensure accurate historical data migration and robust change management during transition
- Define local processes aligned with global HR standards
- Support implementation of performance, goals, and bonus frameworks
- Own local reporting within MyPulse and payroll systems (including attendance data)
- Ensure accurate, timely, and meaningful HR analytics and reporting

- Lead communication and stakeholder engagement across the business
- Act as a key change agent, partnering with Communications teams
- Ensure smooth adoption of new HR systems across employees, managers, and HR teams
What We’re Looking For
- Postgraduate qualification in HR or related field (CIPD Level 7 desirable)
- Proven HR project management experience
- Understanding of Time & Attendance and payroll processes
- Strong HRIS implementation experience (MyPulse / MyHR highly desirable)
- Experience managing change in complex, multi-site environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to plan, track, and deliver complex projects with multiple dependencies
