About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to join a high-performing delivery community supporting the development and maintenance of digital services used by UK citizens. You'll play a key role in enabling multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex digital solutions while fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and user-centric delivery. As part of a broader delivery community, you'll be accountable for one of several delivery teams, helping drive successful outcomes through Agile leadership, stakeholder engagement, and effective delivery management.
Travel Requirements
During the first 8 weeks, you will be expected to travel to the Manchester office 2 days per week to support onboarding and team integration. Following this period, office attendance will typically reduce to 5-7 days per month, offering excellent hybrid working flexibility.
