ConSol Partners is looking for an experienced HR Transformation Project Manager based in Belfast. In this role, you will lead a high-impact HR systems and process transformation programme, implementing a new HRIS landscape that will shape the HR operations.

You will manage the implementation of MyPulse HRIS, focusing on Compensation and HCM modules, and oversee the rollout of new time & attendance systems across multiple manufacturing sites.
