We are seeking an experienced HR Transformation Project Manager to take ownership of a high-impact HR systems and process transformation programme. This is a unique opportunity to lead the implementation of a new HRIS landscape and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of HR operations across a complex, multi-site organisation.

The Mission

You will act as the local project management lead, driving the successful implementation of MyPulse (HRIS) —with a strong focus on Compensation and HCM modules —while delivering meaningful change across HR systems, processes, and ways of working.
