AWS Cloud Support Engineer

Telco Cloud Support Engineer (3-4 years of experience) Work setting: Remote
Client sector: Telecoms
Daily rate: £200-£225 / day
Contract Length: Initial contract until end of 2025 + extensions afterwards
Type of contract: Inside IR35, full-time

Very occasional visits to London/Reading possible.

Requirements (must-haves in bold):
Hands-on experience with Helm, Kubernetes, and container orchestration tools.
Linux, networking, and cloud environments (vSphere, OpenStack, AWS, etc.).
Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ansible.
English (to be able to interact with the customer).
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices .
Knowledge of SDN/NFV architectures and network automation.
Good to have Experience/Knowledge with Open-Source MANO (OSM) or similar NFV orchestration frameworks.
