POSITION SUMMARY:

Thepurpose of this position is to ensure the financial requirements of theSpecialty Care Management department are met accurately and efficiently. Thisincludes managing internal financial processes such as funding US Bank Cards,paying invoices, providing documentation for external program finance concerns,preparing monthly billing statements for each employer group, and reconcilingcredit card statements to match claims and entries in the department database.This position will assist with maintaining relationships with external travelvendors (e.g., hotels and shuttle companies), reviews and negotiates contracts,and ensures compliance with company policies and client requirements.

PRINCIPAL DUTIESAND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review,validate, and maintain financial and related records for client-specificprograms.
  • Performtimely reconciliation of accounts and credit card statements.
  • Submitclient billing based on established billing parameters.
  • Prepare anddeliver quarterly financial reports.
  • Build andmaintain US Bank Card profiles and fund client expense cards.
  • Process ACHfunding and repayment transactions.
  • Providee-review lists to finance through claims systems.
  • Identifyand resolve errors in invoices or data promptly.
  • Maintainaccurate documentation for audits and compliance purposes.
  • Communicateeffectively with internal teams and external vendors to resolve financialissues.

Experience and Skills

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in BusinessAdministration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience infinance, including accounts payable or accounts receivable.
  • Strong attention to detailand ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MicrosoftExcel and financial systems.
  • Excellent communication andorganizational skills.
