We are looking for a full-time Closer to join our remote team and convert inbound + self-generated sets into clients.

What You’ll Do:

  • Run inbound strategy calls
  • Set your own calls through follow-ups and reactivation from our existing pipeline
  • Track CRM + daily numbers
  • Join sales meetings

Key Metrics:

  • Convert 20-30% of qualified calls
  • Generate ~20 self-set calls/month
  • Maintain high show-up rates

Compensation:

  • 10% commission on cash collected

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Proven experience closing high-ticket B2B offers
  • Understanding of agency business models and their common pain points
  • Based in the EU, with flexibility to cover US time zones
