We are now looking for a capable Administrator (for 16-20 hours per week) to work closely alongside our Office Manager/EA to support the smooth daily running of the practice. Duties and responsibilities Providing administration support to the team Managing incoming calls Sorting and managing incoming post Communicating with clients Liaising with external partners Assisting with documentation and filing Any other administrative duties as required (This list is not exclusive and will change on an ad-hoc basis as your skill knowledge grow) Going forward you will have the opportunity to develop paraplanner support to include: Request valuations and quotes from providers Check information received from clients and providers Check compliance documents on file Experience and qualifications This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a part-time Financial Services Administrator for a motivated team.
