An engineering company are looking to recruit a Planner to join their supply chain department. You'll be responsible for ensuring delivery of orders to customers, planning and expediting. It would be beneficial if you were from an engineering or manufacturing environment with strong knowledge of MRP systems.

Salary: £20,000 - £22,000 p.a. Holiday + Pension + Parking

The Role Responsibilities of a Planner:

  • Responsible for receiving and entering customers enquiries.
  • Verify batch quantities and lead times.
  • Amend prices where necessary.
  • Expedite material and communicate with production manager.
  • Schedule material requirements considering lead times.
  • Liaise with production regarding completion dates.

The Planner:

  • Ideally work experience as a planner.
  • Experience working with MRP systems.
  • Ideally has experience working with Winman.
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience working within the automotive industry is desirable.
