Role Summary
We’re looking for driven, dynamic, and entrepreneurial upstream energy producers to help build a best-in-class practice from day one.

You’ll have the freedom to grow your book, shape your strategy, and develop deep client relationships in the upstream energy sector (exploration, production, drilling, contractors, and associated services).
Role Accountabilities
- Develop and manage relationships with upstream energy clients, including operators, contractors, and service companies.
- Drive new business generation through proactive market engagement and client acquisition.
- Design and place complex insurance programmes across upstream energy lines, including physical damage, business interruption, control of well, and liability.
- Collaborate closely with Consilium’s wider energy, marine, and specialty teams to deliver innovative risk solutions.
- Contribute to the strategy, culture, and growth trajectory of the new upstream energy team.
- Represent Consilium’s entrepreneurial ethos and high-performance culture in every client interaction.
About You
