The Operations & Insights Analyst plays a pivotal role in strengthening operational performance, improving financial accuracy, and enabling better decision‑making across Consilium. Sitting at the intersection of operations, finance and data, this role turns complex information into clear, actionable insight.

You’ll act as a trusted partner to leadership and delivery teams, using data to highlight risk, uncover inefficiencies and drive practical improvements in how we operate, govern premium flow and scale sustainably.

• Turn complex operational and financial data into clear, actionable insight that drives smarter decisions across the business.
• Own and evolve operational KPIs, MI and dashboards, shining a light on performance, risk and opportunities to improve.
• Partner closely with Operations and Finance to strengthen premium transparency, governance and control.
• Get under the skin of issues — leading root cause analysis and helping turn insight into real‑world improvements.
• Use data, automation and curiosity to raise the bar on reporting quality, efficiency and impact as the business scales.
