What You’ll Take On

As Head of Risk & Compliance, you’ll be the firm’s trusted voice on governance, regulation, and emerging risks, guiding the Board and Exec while building a framework that supports smart, sustainable growth. You’ll lead from the front: strengthening controls, influencing decision‐making, and embedding a culture where doing the right thing is simply how we work. Top 5 Things You’ll Take On

• Lead the firm’s regulatory strategy as SMF16, owning the compliance framework and FCA/Lloyd’s relationships.
• Drive enterprise‐wide risk management, governance structures, and oversight of international operations.
• Strengthen financial crime controls and oversee investigations, breaches, audits, and regulatory change.
• Partner with Broking, Operations, and Finance to embed smart controls without slowing commercial momentum.
• Build, mentor, and elevate the Risk & Compliance team while championing a strong, forward‐thinking compliance culture.
