Youâll lead from the front: strengthening controls, influencing decisionâmaking, and embedding a culture where doing the right thing is simply how we work. - Lead the firmâs regulatory strategy as SMF16, owning the compliance framework and FCA/Lloydâs relationships.
- Drive enterpriseâwide risk management, governance structures, and oversight of international operations.
- Strengthen financial crime controls and oversee investigations, breaches, audits, and regulatory change.
- Partner with Broking, Operations, and Finance to embed smart controls without slowing commercial momentum.
- Build, mentor, and elevate the Risk & Compliance team while championing a strong, forwardâthinking compliance culture.
