This isn’t a job description. It’s your invitation. At Consilium Insurance Brokers, we don’t hire to fill seats. We bring people in to build something real. We want people to join us on our mission to be the world’s most inspiring insurance group, not by playing it safe but by delivering the unexpected and creating meaningful impact. That means backing ideas early, trusting people to own their work and giving them the space to grow faster than they thought possible. If you’re looking for rigid career paths or a one-size-fits all management, Aventum Group probably isn’t for you.
However, if you do want responsibility from day one, honest feedback and a culture that expects you to speak up, take ownership and keep getting better, then you might just be a great fit. Some people join us knowing exactly where they want to go. Others figure it out once they’re here. Both work here - the question is, will you?
What You’ll Take On
So you’re looking for a new challenge? This is your chance to step into a role with real responsibility. You’ll be given the space to own your work, supported to move as fast as you want and expected to keep raising the bar for yourself and the business.
- Own the flow of delegated income and bordereaux processing, helping ensure money moves accurately, controls remain strong and stakeholders have clear visibility of what matters most.
- This is a role for someone who enjoys turning data into action, solving problems before they grow and improving processes in a fast-paced environment where accountability and impact go hand in hand.
What you’ll own
- Own the end-to-end tracking of bordereaux and income, keeping processing accurate, timely and visible across the business.
- Build momentum on outstanding items by partnering with brokers, coverholders and internal teams to resolve issues and reduce aged balances.
- Turn complex data into meaningful insight, producing MI and reporting that supports informed decision-making and stronger financial control.
- Investigate discrepancies, identify root causes and drive solutions that improve accuracy, efficiency and operational performance.
- Challenge existing ways of working, helping shape better processes, tighter controls and a more streamlined income management framework.
You’ll thrive if you enjoy working with detail, spotting patterns others miss and taking ownership of outcomes. Curiosity, organisation and a proactive mindset matter just as much as experience. In return, you’ll join a business where people are trusted to make an impact, collaborate with high-performing colleagues and play a meaningful role in building something ambitious.
What it’s Like to Work Here
Expect high standards - and the support to meet them. Expect autonomy (not micromanagement) and the chance to collaborate across teams, brands and borders. Here, your ideas are taken seriously, wherever you sit in the business. We invest when the right tools don’t exist. We listen when our people say something can be better. And when we win, we make sure the people building the business win too. This is a place where performance matters - but so does enjoyment, curiosity and doing work you are proud of.
Who Thrives at Consilium Insurance Brokers?
We don’t expect you to tick every box. Experience helps, but curiosity matters more. If you are willing to learn, take ownership and ask questions when you don’t know the answer, you’re already off to a great start. We look for people who:
- Have experience relevant to the role, whether from a similar position, education or transferable skills.
- Confidence in communicating with others and working together.
- A mindset focused on learning, improvement and follow-through.
- An interest in how things work (and how they could be improved).
If this sounds like you, you sound ready for a new chapter of challenge at Consilium Insurance Brokers.
Why Apply
Because you want more than a job title. Because you want to grow, not wait your turn. Because you want to be trusted to do good work (and get recognised when you do it). And because you want to help build something inspiring, unexpected and meaningful.
