• Turn market data, technical documentation and transactions into accurate processing that keeps business moving and clients supported.
• Own the quality of operational data, identifying issues early and resolving them before they become wider business challenges.
• Partner with brokers, servicing teams and finance colleagues to solve complex queries and keep workflows running smoothly.
• Improve cash allocation, reconciliation and reporting processes, helping drive efficiency, accuracy and strong operational outcomes.
• Embrace technology, automation and smarter ways of working, using insight and initiative to continuously raise standards across the function.
