This is an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated team as an Administration Assistant, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our busy and vibrant school. As an Administration Assistant, you will play a key part in providing high-quality administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our school.
Responsibilities
- Supporting general administrative functions such as reception duties, mail handling, and maintaining school records.
- Managing communications with parents, students, and staff through phone, email, and school messaging systems.
- Assisting with school events, trips, and enrichment activities.
- Supporting reprographics and the creation of high-quality printed materials in line with Moorside's branding.
- Helping with ParentPay management and first aid provision (training provided).
- Ensuring all administrative systems run smoothly to support the wider school community.
Qualifications
