We are looking for a mid to senior real estate lawyer to support our client, a leading international law firm, for at least 6 months. You will be supporting on a broad range of real estate transactions, particularly with a high-profile project. The work will involve a significant number of bespoke option agreements by private treaty among other responsibilities. You will also be acting as part of a supervisory team for juniors.
Ideally, you will be an experienced real estate lawyer with transactional experience, and previous experience working on large infrastructure projects would be beneficial. This assignment is expected to run for at least 6 months, full time, and can be fully remote. We would also consider lawyers wanting to work 4 days per week.
