Role Overview
We are working with a market-leading global law firm who are looking for a real estate finance lawyer to provide interim support. You will work closely with partners and senior lawyers on transactional matters, particularly in real estate finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support on real estate finance transactions, including development finance and investment financing.
- Assist with drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documentation related to property finance deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth transaction execution.
- Provide legal input on structured finance matters where relevant.
About you
- UK-qualified solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE (more senior contractors also considered).
- Strong background in real estate finance.
- Comfortable working on mid to senior-level matters.
Location: London (Hybrid/Remote working available)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Duration: 3-6 months (although they will consider longer potentially)
