The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
We are looking for a mid-level non-contentious Construction Associate to join our client, a leading City law firm, to support them for 6 to 12 months. You will be supporting the team on a wide range of construction matters, including:
- Broad non-contentious construction support for high-net-worth individuals
- Predominantly on the real estate side rather than project work such as energy
- Supporting the Commercial Real Estate team with ad-hoc queries
- Assisting with design and construction of new buildings and the refurbishment of existing buildings, particularly in the logistics, residential, sports, film, living, and hotel sectors
- Clients include developers, funds, contractors and consultants which are active in the UK construction market
Ideally, you will be 2 to 6 years' PQE with previous experience in private practice. This assignment will be full time, ideally with 3 days in the London office. It is due to start as soon as possible and is expected to run for 6 to 12 months.
