French Qualified Employment Counsel – In House
We’re looking for a senior French qualified Employment lawyer to support our client, a global management consulting firm, for 3 months.
You’ll be supporting the company’s French-speaking offices on various employment matters, including:
- Providing employment legal support across French-speaking offices.
- Advising on hiring, termination, mobility, immigration, disputes, investigations, regulatory issues, and employee counseling.
- Coordinating closely with HR to ensure consistent policies within France.
- Proactively driving solutions with creativity and independence.
- Managing complex organizational structures and aligning stakeholders.
You will:
- Be French qualified with fluent French skills.
- Have at least 7 years’ experience in Employment law.
- Have experience working with HR stakeholders and senior-level audiences.
This role is full-time, with possible consideration for 4 days per week. Start as soon as possible, with some presence in London preferred.
