About the Role
Our Client is seeking a highly experienced Legal Projects Manager to join its Legal Operations team in EMEA. This role is ideal for a professional with at least 6 years' experience in Outside Counsel Management, Vendor Management, Law Firm Pricing, and Legal Project Management within the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the end-to-end law firm panel selection process
- Conducting legal market analysis and benchmarking to support rate negotiations
- Drafting process documentation and training materials, and delivering training to EMEA Legal teams
- Embedding negotiated value-adds into business-as-usual operations
- Maintaining and updating internal platforms (Google Hub and SharePoint)
- Overseeing spend management, data tracking, and reporting to leadership
- Providing ad hoc support to meet stakeholder needs across Legal, Finance, and Communications teams
