My client is a lifestyle management company. As they are expanding, they need a Russian Speaker team member.

Important: Night Shift Work, 4 Days A Week

Main Tasks And Responsibilities:

  • Elite manner towards international elite members
  • Quick response to lifestyle & leisure-related requests management via telephone or by email
  • Undertake research and actions that are required
  • Ability to manage Russian and English speaking members in the same quality

Ideal Candidate:

  • Fluent spoken and written English and Russian
  • Background in customer service or luxury travel & leisure
  • Good knowledge of worldwide travel destinations
  • ‘Can-do’ attitude
  • Fast learner who always strives to deliver above and beyond expectation
  • Confident, with ability to prioritise and meet deadlines working under pressure

Profile: Candidates with hospitality, customer relations, account management skills are preferred.
