My client is a lifestyle management company. As they are expanding they need a Russian Speaker team member.
Important: Night Shift Work , 4 Days A Week
Main Tasks And Responsibilities
- Elite manner towards international elite members
- Quick response to lifestyle & leisure-related
- Request management via telephone or by email
- Undertake research and actions that required
- Ability to manage Russian and English speaking members in the same quality
Ideal Candidate
- Fluent spoken and written English and Russian
- Background in customer service or luxury travel & leisure
- Good knowledge of worldwide travel destinations
- ‘Can-do’ attitude
- Fast learner who always strives to deliver above and beyond expectation
- Confident, with ability to prioritise and meet deadlines working under pressure.
Profile
Candidates with hospitality, customer relations, account management skills are preferred.
