Important: Night Shift Work, 4 Days A Week

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Elite manner towards international elite members
  • Quick response to lifestyle & leisure-related requests via telephone or by email
  • Undertake research and actions that are required
  • Ability to manage Russian and English speaking members in the same quality

Ideal Candidate:

  • Fluent spoken and written English and Russian
  • Background in customer service or luxury travel & leisure
  • Good knowledge of worldwide travel destinations
